Ronald Jack "Ron" Wright (born April 8, 1953) is an American politician from the state of Texas. He is the member-elect to the United States House of Representatives. Wright served on the Arlington City Council and as mayor pro-tem of Arlington. He then served as chief of staff and district director for Joe Barton. Wright was appointed Tarrant County Tax Assessor-Collector in 2011.
